What Does Success Mean to You?
Most of us know what we want out of life, but only a few of us know how to get it. Some of us spend a lifetime hoping and wishing for success, whilst some stumble across it early in life and others never find it. Perhaps you’re trying really hard to become successful in your endeavours but find yourself going around in circles, stuck in a cycle of failure, or perhaps you find yourself being indecisive, avoiding important tasks, blaming your past, lost somewhere between the desire for, and the realisation of, your dream life.
How often do you find yourself thinking of a life, career path, or relationships which are more in line with your personal goals and aspirations?
Are you prone to procrastination and continuously find excuses for not doing the things you truly want or need to do?
I understand, I’ve been there myself. There are lots of things that happen to us which simply get in the way of our goals, or, our responsibilities are so important that we can’t move in the direction of our desired life. But more often than not, the biggest barrier to success is ‘us’ – our attitude, our approach and our mindset.

Your Coach and Trainer
For more than thirty years I have conducted my life as if it were a personal development experiment, which has consequently provided me with the opportunity to travel the planet, talk to audiences around the world, work in television for more than a decade, find my soul mate, have four magnificent children and create a fervent and colourful lifestyle.
But it hasn’t always been that way, I certainly wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I have endured my fair share of dark days, dramatic failures, financial insolvency and occasions when I considered ending it all. However, it’s these painful junctures that fuelled my curiosity and compulsion to understand what life is all about, and why is it, only a handful of people are apparently able to enjoy complete success and fulfilment in their lives, whilst most of us ricochet from one compromise to another in an effort to find some comfort and at best, moments of happiness.
The Road to Coaching
Before I became a teenager, I began looking for questions to some pretty big questions. What is life all about? Why are we here? What does being human mean? I’ve been intrigued by the premise of religion, spirit and God. I studied philosophy and psychology whilst making personal development and self-education, a way of life. Being interested in the human condition and wanting to connect with people on a much deeper level has been something that’s prevailed throughout my life. For many years, I considered these passions to be nothing more than a desire to learn the ultimate tools to ensure my own success. When people tell me how lucky I am, I simply smile and tell them how blessed I feel. But deep down inside, I know the truth, and luck played no part in it.
In 2005, after changing my life dramatically again, it was clear that the decades of studying and mentoring with some of the leading personal development Coaches on the planet and verifying their ideas, techniques and methods by actually living them, had paid off. I was bursting with excitement and wanted to help others find their own success and fulfilment. I decided to pursue a formal instruction as a Coach and Trainer. When Jack Canfield encouraged me to create a mission statement for myself, I resolved to review my life and investigate it in detail. For the first time, I recognised that my life purpose may be helping others to embrace self-awareness and understand the power of their mind and thoughts. Here’s the mission statement I crafted and live by today “My life’s purpose is to use my innate creativity and enthusiasm to inspire and empower others to re-discover themselves and embrace self-awareness, whilst helping everyone to flourish in all aspects of their life.”

I would encourage anyone who really wants to take action and start living their dream life, to start work with Paul because it will be the best investment and decision you will make.
Kieron Bateman says...
Paul has mentored me and I can honestly say I would not be where I am today without him. He has accelerated my learning, my personal and professional growth and my success. The Study Guide was really helpful and I liked being encouraged to take action. Very in depth and excellent value for money.
Jordan Armstrong says...
Paul was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and over-delivered on time and value. I was looking for someone to help me become a coach and Paul guided me with self-reflection to really drill down to where I want to take my life. He also helped me to identify and remove limiting beliefs from childhood that I didn’t even know were there. I have identified my purpose and I have a plan for how I can live it.
Anne Halpin says...
Five Stars. Really helpful sessions. Paul is a great Coach. I’ve learnt some techniques that I’m going to keep working on. I’m feeling in a better place after the sessions.
Your Archetype for Success
In 2010, after five more years of intensive study, I had a realisation that all of the books and trainings I had consumed were pointing in the same direction, yet most of them only focused on a small part of a much larger process. You will find books on habits, values, purpose, focus, intention, mind power, the subconscious mind, neuro-science, quantum mechanics, meditation, mindfulness, breathing, energy, chakras, fulfilment, enlightenment, love, liberation, transformation, happiness, abundance, manifestation and success. They are all worthy resources, but now I was able to see that they all led in the same direction. It was as if I had climbed a great mountain and from the summit I could enjoy a vantage point which enabled me to see the exploration below.
I was compelled to simplify my lifelong learnings to help others accelerate their journey and began systemising the very best of the principles and strategies I had learned by creating a step-by-step programme for success and fulfilment. During the past ten years, I have worked with a wide range of clients focusing on confidence, self-esteem, careers, health, relationships, parenting, finances and spirituality. In each case, I use Transformational Coaching techniques to instil confidence and inspire growth within each individual as they move toward their idea of total success and fulfilment.
