You’ll meet the Engage with Success online community, in a supportive space for both existing clients and newcomers to enjoy honest, practical, heart-led coaching conversations that challenge old patterns, ignite new awareness and move you toward the life you know you’re here to live. It’s real. It’s raw. It’s transformative – one Tuesday at a time.

I facilitate these coaching conversations on a complimentary basis with no obligations. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore the transformative power of coaching in a relaxed and friendly environment. Each session is attendee driven, covering any topic that’s on your mind – from mindset and well-being to career, relationships and beyond. With no set agenda, bring your questions, challenges or goals, and we’ll explore them together. It’s a flexible and inclusive way to experience coaching and personal growth.

Whether you’re seeking clarity on an issue, exploring new ideas, or curious about coaching, this community provides a safe, welcoming environment. The “ask me anything” approach fosters open dialogue, providing insights tailored to your needs on any given week. You’ll see first-hand how coaching can unlock new perspectives, empower decisions and promote growth. It supplements the coaching journey for existing clients, offering additional support in a live environment, and for newcomers, it’s a perfect, no-pressure introduction to coaching, allowing you to connect with others, hear real-life success stories and gain actionable insights that can make a real difference to your life.

Respect Confidentiality – What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Respect everyone’s privacy and maintain confidentiality.

Be Present and Engaged – Show up on time, stay focused and actively participate. Your contributions are valuable to the community.

Cameras On, Mics Off – For the best experience, ensure your camera is on so we can all engage more effectively, and minimise background noise and distractions, by keeping your microphone off, unless you are speaking.

Respect Speaking Time – Allow others to share without interruptions. Take turns speaking and avoid dominating the conversation.

Be Open and Supportive – Approach each session with an open mind. Offer constructive feedback and support to fellow participants.

Keep Discussions On-Topic – Stay focused on the topics being discussed. Avoid side-tracking the conversation.

Respect Diversity – Embrace different perspectives and backgrounds. Be mindful of language and cultural sensitivities.

Limit Multi-Tasking – Give your full attention to the session. Avoid distractions like checking emails or browsing the call.
