Redirect Your Radar

Each morning, take a moment to identify three things that are going well in your life. By doing this, you’re teaching your mind to seek out harmony instead of potential problems.

Create a Trust Anchor

Wear a symbolic bracelet, jot a calming note to yourself or repeat an empowering mantra like, “Everything is always working in my favour. I am an intentional creator.” When your thoughts race, turn to one of these practices to regain a sense of calm.

Reduce Problem-Fuel

Be intentional about the information and content you consume. An excess of news or negativity can overwhelm your mind and mood. Safeguard your mental energy with the same care you give your business resources..

Move to Shift

Physical movement helps release built-up tension in the body. Consider taking a brisk walk or enjoying a gentle stretch – both are simple ways to transform vigilance into renewed energy.

Flip the Script

Rather than asking yourself, “What if something goes wrong?” try shifting your perspective to, “What if this turns out even better than I expected?” Let curiosity guide you beyond fear.
