Mindset into Momentum

If you’re familiar with the film, read the book, or have heard of “The Secret,” you’ll also know about the Universal concept it presents, which focuses on attracting positive changes into your life. This idea, often misunderstood, is not something that just happens passively; it requires effort and active participation. There are specific techniques you can employ to effectively harness this concept, enabling you to achieve your desires in life – and in various other aspects as well.

Learn How to Meditate Using Creative Visualisation

First and foremost, if you are interested in utilising the Law of Attraction to its fullest potential, make sure that you begin each day with meditation. Meditation is important as it brings your focus toward what you desire and what you expect for that day. Today, evidence-based neuroscience research demonstrates that creative visualisation is a powerful tool in generating the feelings behind the desire. It is not enough to just meditate on something you wish to attract into your life, visualising brings it to life. Creative visualisation takes it one step further by incorporating the feelings you are feeling as you see yourself: –  receive the reward – get the love you desire – increase your financial status As you embrace the feelings of joy and happiness, you will see that more joy and happiness will enter your life. Creative visualisation makes this happen by using your emotions as triggers.

Learn the Art of Being Grateful

Being grateful means truly understanding how much we already do have without asking for anymore. When you are in a state of gratitude, so many more things to be grateful for come our way. Take a look around you, there is so much to be grateful for, but you need to stand up and take notice. When you start to understand the simple blessing such as butterflies or flowers that envelop your life, you will feel more joy. Once you feel more joy, you will manifest more joyful events in your life.

Write Your Own Thoughts

If you really want to get the most out of the Law of Attraction, then you must consciously control your own thoughts on a daily basis. Sometimes you must control your thoughts on a moment-by-moment basis. If you find yourself going into negative or self-sabotaging thoughts, you need to take responsibility in several ways: – think positively – concentrate on all that you are grateful for – give yourself positive affirmations By creating your thoughts to show up as you wish, you create your life to show up as you wish.

Conclusion

Don’t Dismiss it, Do Some Research

I’m big on neuroscience and recent brain imaging studies are rapidly showing that the brain does in fact conform in its function to the Law of Attraction. Perhaps the most convincing evidence to date has been the discovery of “mirror neurons”. At first seen in monkeys, scientists eventually found a set of mirror neurons in humans that mirror the behaviour of someone who is being observed. That is, when we observe someone doing something, the same pattern of brain activation that allows that person to do what they are doing (e.g. raising their left hand or laughing) is mirrored in the brain of the observer. It is as if the observer is doing those same things. Activations are seen in the pre-motor and parietal cortex of the brain: regions that prepare the body for movement and attention. Thus, our brains appear to mirror the actions of another person automatically. Similarly, when we act, the brains of others will fire in a similar way. Our actions cause similar action-representations in the brains of others.
